Villa Bantai consists of two modern tropical villas designed for relaxed, long-stay living. Each unit is carefully positioned to take in light, breeze, and privacy. The architecture is minimal and low to the ground, using a combination of natural stone, soft plaster, and tropical wood to blend into the surrounding landscape.

The layout of both villas follows a logic of indoor-outdoor flow. Shaded terraces, open-plan common areas, and framed views help create a calming rhythm in everyday movement. Materials and colors are selected to enhance the sense of warmth and quiet — not to compete with the surroundings, but to live alongside them.

Rather than emphasize bold form, this project is about restraint. We kept every design decision tied to comfort, usability, and climate. The result is a pair of homes that feel light, live able, and deeply connected to the place they stand on.
