A reworking of an existing pier site into a walkable, connected waterfront development. The area includes villas, docks, landscape paths, and a central hall.

Our job was to reorganize the space with clearer zoning and movement — balancing density with openness and aligning views with circulation.
 

The goal was to create a place that works better and feels more integrated, without erasing what’s already there.
