The project development was built on a hillside in Rayong with panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand. The goal was to create a quiet retreat that blends luxury with nature — where the architecture feels light, yet grounded in place. The project was planned as a low-density cluster of pool villas connected by landscaped walkways and open views.

Each villa was designed to open toward the sea while maintaining a sense of privacy. Large windows, wide roof overhangs, and natural materials were used to soften the structure and connect it to the tropical environment. The interiors continue this idea with warm tones, minimal layouts, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Our approach was to keep things simple, timeless, and livable. We focused on real comfort — through passive cooling, framed views, and spatial clarity — instead of trying to impress with form alone. This made each unit feel like a place to return to, not just visit.
